I would like to give you a short note that makes you aware of sentiments at our fililal.

You said in your answer to the invitation..
surely you understand that we would not introduce a change big as this were we not forced to for economic reasons
Truly, our reason for inviting you is our not understanding this. Let me explain..

1..At Premo s presentation of the trakt change the prime reason mentioned was never economic. Nothing was said about a lack of profit for the company. During this process we have been constantly under-informed and have had to turn to rumours and guessing as of your plans proper. Add to this the fact that Premo early on rejected our proposal for participation in this process of change. Thus, it is not fair to suggest that a change is understood by us to be a necessary economic fact.

2..Our resistance to the trakt change is due to the unacceptable reduction in salary, in general 30 40%. If there were economic reasons for it, it would be reasonable to see cost savings in other places than just with us. We don t see that elsewhere. And what about the reduction of your own salary as a means to save 30%? To think that we should understand that a reduction in our salary is an economic necessity is to ask for too much. Surely you ll understand.

3..The out of the ordinary in this reduction of our salary can be seen by this fact: no person at this filial will have the opportunity to belong to an unemployment benefit fund. To push us out from a social security system that is a recognized part of our society clearly shows how unreasonable the suggested new trakt system is.

We want problems of this kind to be recognized, and explained by you.
